Activity
On this trip, we paddle along the beach of Ribersborg and out into the open water. We have a fantastic view over the Malmö skyline with the famous Turningtorso as our backdrop. If the sun is shining we can see the dens underwater forrest of seaweed, home to fish, crabs and even the elusive grey seal.
We learn how to get in and out of the kayak, basic safety, rescue and paddling techniques. You can also try the famous eskimo roll. After paddling we stop on the beach for a snack, the so called Swedish Fika.

How to find us: Drive to the car park at Limhamnsvägen 27, Malmö. You will find our office directly to the left as you reach Ribersborgstigen, look out for the colourful kayaks.

Ribban Beach Camp organise a variety of activities in and around Malmö during the summer season. You are welcome to us for kayaking, stand up paddling, mountain biking and diving. We are also happy to recommend other outdoor activities in the vicinity of Malmö.
Our goal is to actively promote the outdoors in southern Sweden, support small, local enterprises and keep a sustainable profile through educational and environmental projects in Scandinavia and the Himalayas.

Worth knowing: Bring a water bottle. The guide has a dry bag to store any valuables. Swimwear or sports gear and a change of clothing recommended.
